Privacy Policy

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure app visits, calculator use and successful purchases. Purchase measurements include product type, transaction value, currency and a non-identifying transaction reference. We do not send employee rosters, tip amounts, form answers, customer contact details or private access codes as measurement data.

When server-side measurement is enabled and you permit analytics before checkout, we can also measure confirmed payments and subscription renewals without a return visit. We associate those payments with your Google browser identifier, not your contact details. This permission expires with your six-month choice. Withdrawing analytics in that browser stops future server measurements linked to that choice once the change reaches our server; it does not erase measurements already sent.

Analytics and advertising measurement are separate optional choices. Both are off until you choose; rejecting or dismissing leaves them off. Your calculator, forms and account work without tracking. We remember your choice for six months. Use Tracking preferences in the app to change it. Browser Global Privacy Control disables advertising measurement. SMS consent is separate and never grants permission for Google tracking.

Permitted measurement may use cookies and sends technical information, including browser and network information, to Google. We do not enable remarketing, Google Signals or user-provided-data enhanced conversions. Learn more at Google’s privacy policy.

TipSharePro is restaurant tip-distribution software operated by Tip Share Pro LLC. Restaurant owners and managers use TipSharePro to calculate and report fair tip shares for their employees.

• Account information — business name, contact name, email address, and phone number for restaurant owners and managers who sign up.
• Employee work information — employee names, hours, pay rates, and tip amounts, entered by the restaurant to run its tip-share calculations.
• Employee contact information — an employee's email address and/or cell number, entered by the restaurant only after the employee agrees to receive their tip reports and work notices.

Information is used solely to operate the service: calculating tip shares, producing reports, and delivering work-related notices (by email or text message) to employees who have opted in. We do not use customer or employee information for advertising.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the work-related messages an employee has agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and SMS Opt-In Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run TipSharePro (such as our hosting, email, and text-message delivery providers), and only so they can deliver the service on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data is retained while an account is active and for a limited wind-down period afterward, then deleted. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls.

Employees can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by asking their manager to turn off texting on their contact card. Restaurant owners can update or delete employee contact information at any time inside the app.
